Inclusive Dance Company was established in Trondheim, Norway in 2000.

The company is run by Tone Pernille Østern, Arnhild Staal Pettersen and Luis Della Mea. In different projects, the company collaborates with artists from different art forms and technicians, and engages with researchers, teachers, students, people of all ages and different environments.
The company has had an active part in establishing The Dance Laboratory and Multiplié dance festival, as well as The Dance Theatre and DansiT - Centre for Choreography in Trondheim and Mid-Norway.
